Understanding Your Charges
Please note that charges for service are billed 2 days after electricity usage. Each day, between 9 AM and 11 AM, you'll receive a daily notification outlining your kilowatt-hour consumption, consumption date, remaining balance, and an estimate of when your balance will reach $0.
To ensure uninterrupted service, please maintain a balance greater than $0. If your balance falls below $0 on any given day, make a payment before 11 AM the following morning to avoid interruption and a $25 reconnection fee.
Closing Your Account
Should you need to close your account in the future for any reason, simply reach out to our customer care team. Recurring daily charges will continue until your account is officially closed.
